Use Method:
1.Training legs
Stand before and after feet, squat to the front foot and parallel to the ground, place the leg trainer between the back of the thigh and the back of the calf, squat forcefully, and keep the upper body upright, then return slightly, maintain a half squat position, repeat this movement.
2.Training back:
Hold the trainer with both hands, put it behind your back, squeeze the trainer inward, hold the movement for 2-3 seconds, repeat the action 8 times in a group, exercise 2-3 groups each time.
