2 stretch your breath

Exhaling slowly, the muscles of the body will relax, activating the part of the nervous system responsible for digestion and relaxation. Try to exhale 1.5-2 times longer than each inhalation. Of course, don't cause tension in order to stretch your breath too much.

3.Left nostril breathing

 

Left yin and right yang, breathing on the left nostril can cool the body and calm down. Lie on your right side, cover your right nostril with your right hand, exhale with your left nostril, hold for 3-5 minutes, and feel calm. Then return to natural breathing.
