What should I do when I am getting up early for practicing yoga?

It is said that the morning is the best time to practice yoga, but due to insomnia, I usually can't get up in the morning to practice yoga. Can you help me?

Indeed, the morning is the best time for yoga practice, I can teach you a few tips to prevent insomnia, so you can get up and practice yoga in time.

  1. The front and back bends should be spaced apart when practicing yoga. Overall, the back bend is exciting; the front curve is calm. If you over-emphasize the back bend, it may stimulate the adrenal glands, making you too excited to fall asleep.

  2. Stick to daily meditation. Meditation can be done at any time, and sit for 10 to 20 minutes a day. Focusing on a static point while breathing will bring you into a deep calm

3.Go to bed before 10 pm. Between 6 and 10 in the evening, the energy in the human body is thick, heavy, slow and quiet, so this is the best sleep time. Between 10 pm and 2 am, energy in the human body is active and the alertness of the brain is improved.

At midnight, the elements of fire in the human body can cause hunger. So, if you are still awake at the time, you may want to eat. Of course, a full stomach is likely to make you fall asleep. So eat dinner early, the food for dinner should be light and can help you spend a relaxing and sleepy night.

4.Do some quiet things before going to bed. Such as reading a relaxing article or enjoying soothing music

5.Make a few minutes of foot massage with sesame oil or olive oil before going to bed. If you feel a little excited, you can use coconut oil instead, coconut oil has a calming effect. If you still can't fall asleep, or can't sleep after waking up in the middle of the night, try to do a few shoulders (supported by a chair) or bridge
